We combine legal experience (particularly in the area of New York’s Labor Law statutes – Sections 200, 240 and 241) and knowledge of the industry, and utilize technology to aggressively represent clients in lawsuits involving serious personal injury and wrongful death. We aggressively seek enforcement of indemnity and hold-harmless agreements to shift liability and recover fees and costs for our clients. We also provide advice and counsel to our construction clients by drafting contractual provisions to protect their indemnification rights.
