Jorge M. Franco, Esq.
Jorge M. Franco brings a broad multidimensional skillset to the firm. Having successfully
worked on cases in state and federal courts across the country, Jorge has developed a strong
command in commercial litigation, intellectual property, administrative OATH proceedings, and
product liability matters.
A native Californian, Jorge headed east after earning his undergraduate degree and undertook the
rigorous academic requirements of a joint JD/MBA program, where he actively engaged with
both the policies and regulations of smart business strategy, economics, finance, marketing, and
operations—all of which combined with the core disciplines of law. Ultimately, this has given
Jorge the skillset to take on financially complex cases, and acquire negotiating and business
development skills in the legal environment.
With experience of working on highly publicized international cases, Jorge has developed strong
analytical skills. He has drawn on his ability to communicate persuasively and creatively litigate
cases involving industrial equipment; archery equipment; firearms, ammunition and other law
enforcement products, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He has also represented
commercial property owners and religious organizations. In the role of counselor, Jorge has
created product manuals and warnings, and advised clients with trademark search opinions and
Jorge is on frontlines of emerging cyber technologies, where he has gained particular insight into
intellectual property infringement matters, and has also earned a reputation as an internationally
recognized authority and pioneer in legal issues involving cryptocurrencies and blockchain
technology. He was invited to NFT conferences in New York City and London to speak and
provide insight into the legal landscape of crypto currency and NFT’s.
