SR&A represents employers in administrative proceedings, litigation and collective and class actions involving alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Title VII, as well as sexual harassment, sexual orientation, gender discrimination, wrongful termination, wage/hour violations, and breach of employment contracts. We litigate in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, and regularly appear before the EEOC, Department of Labor and state and local Human Rights Divisions. We also represent clients in employee/independent contractor classification matters, both administratively and in court.
Our attorneys also provide day-to-day advice and counsel on employment issues, including negotiating and drafting employment contracts, separation agreements, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and employee discipline.
