Barry Rothman Named to Client Outside Counsel Advisory Board
Barry S. Rothman has been invited to serve as one of six members on an outside counsel advisory board established by one of our firms clients, to assist the client in developing a national litigation management program for their panel of outside counsel. The client, a mechanical contracting company with national reach, intends to arrange annual meetings of its outside counsel nationwide, to discuss safety and risk management issues, litigation trends, and strategies for effective representation. The first meeting of the Outside Counsel Advisory Board took place in early May 2013, in Las Vegas.
